Buying the guide
Choose the guide. Select “Order the guide” on this page.
Pay securely. Enter your card details on the payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
Download. After payment is confirmed you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email.
Ordering a video
Request a quote. Email us a few details about your business.
Agree the scope. We send a written scope, price, and timeline for you to approve.
Pay the invoice. You pay by card through a Stripe invoice.
Review and revise. You approve the script, then review the video and request the agreed revisions.
Receive the final video. We deliver the finished file electronically.

How do I pay, and is it safe?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment company used by businesses worldwide. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page. We do not see or store your full card number.
How do I receive the guide?
It is a PDF delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not see it within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us. See the Delivery Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund of the guide within 30 days of purchase by emailing us. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Will the guide guarantee me customers or income?
No. We do not promise any income or number of customers. The guide shows a practical process, but results depend on your effort, your local market, and your own decisions.
Is this legal, tax, or insurance advice?
No. The content is general education. Rules for business licenses, taxes, and insurance differ by location. Check with your local government or a qualified professional before you start.
Do you ship physical products?
No. Everything sold on this website is delivered electronically.

What we sell
We sell digital business guides in PDF format and custom animated explainer video production. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe. The price you see when you order is the price you pay, plus any taxes that apply. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
Licence for digital products
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own business. You may not copy it, share it, resell it, post it online, or give it to others. All rights in the guide stay with UrazVentures LLC.
Video services
For custom video work, the scope, price, timeline, and number of revisions are set out in a written quote or agreement that you approve before work starts. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to that project. You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for having the right to use any material you send us (such as logos or photos).
No guarantees; not professional advice
Our guides and videos are for general information and education. We do not guarantee any income, number of customers, or business result. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. You are responsible for following the laws, licensing rules, and regulations that apply to your business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, UrazVentures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

What we collect
Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include when you email or call us.
Order information: when you pay, Stripe collects your payment details and billing information on its own payment page. We receive your name, email address, and the order details, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before we begin.

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete them.

Refund Policy

Digital guides
If the guide is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. Please include the email address you used to order. We do not need you to explain why, though we welcome feedback.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit after we issue it.
Custom video services
Refunds and cancellations for video work follow the written quote or agreement for that project. If we are unable to deliver the work we agreed to, we will refund any amount you paid for work not delivered.
If something went wrong with your order
If you were charged but did not receive your download, or the file does not open, email us first. We will fix it or refund you promptly. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank, so we can solve the problem quickly.

Delivery Policy

Digital guides
Our guides are delivered electronically as PDF files. After your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally within minutes. If you have not received it within one hour, check your spam or junk folder, then email us and we will send it again.
Video services
Finished videos are delivered electronically as a downloadable file or a private link. The delivery timeline for each project is set out in the written quote or agreement.
No physical shipping
We do not ship physical goods from this website. There are no shipping charges and no customs or delivery delays.
